At SalonDate, we’re committed to providing high-quality software and a great experience for all of our customers. If something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help.

🧾 1. Subscription Refunds

All subscription plans (monthly or annual) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Monthly or annual subscriptions
  • Add-ons or premium features

If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be billed again.

💡 Tip: You can cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

💼 2. One-Time Setup Fees or Services

Any one-time setup, onboarding, or customization services are non-refundable once work has begun. If no work has started, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase to request a cancellation and refund.


🧪 3. Free Trials

We offer free trials for certain plans so you can explore the platform before committing. Once a paid subscription is activated, it will be subject to our standard refund terms.


❗ 4. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in the following cases:

  • Duplicate billing
  • Technical issues caused by our system that prevented reasonable use of the platform (must be verified by our support team)
  • Failure to access the platform after purchase due to our error
