1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SalonDate ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

2. About SalonDate

SalonDate is a SaaS platform that offers appointment booking, staff and calendar management, reporting, and client communication tools tailored for salons and similar service-based businesses.

3. Account Registration

To use most features, users must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Payment

• SalonDate offers multiple subscription plans (e.g., Radiant Basic, Radiant Standard, Radiant Elite).
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or otherwise stated.

5. Free Trials

Some plans may include a free trial. After the trial ends, you will be charged unless the subscription is canceled before the trial ends. One free trial per customer.

6. Use of the Platform

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Uploading malicious code
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Abusing or spamming users or staff
• Overloading the platform or reverse engineering the software

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SalonDate at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or others.

8. User Content

You are responsible for any content you upload or manage through the platform. You retain ownership of your content but grant SalonDate the license to use, store, and display it solely to provide the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

SalonDate, its software, branding, logos, and content are the intellectual property of CastGlobe Corporation. You may not copy, resell, or modify any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

SalonDate is provided "as-is" without any warranties. We are not liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue, or data
• Platform downtime or outages
• Errors caused by user misuse

Our maximum liability will not exceed the subscription fee paid in the last 3 months.

11. Third-party Services

SalonDate may integrate with third-party services like payment gateways or calendar APIs. We are not responsible for the reliability or policies of these services.

12. Modifications to Service or Terms

We may update or modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Data Privacy & GDPR

We process personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details on data collection, usage, and user rights, please see our Privacy Policy and GDPR Compliance Statement.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
