By accessing, registering for, or using SalonDate (the “Service”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and CastGlobe Corporation (“SalonDate”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
SalonDate is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for salons, spas, and service-based businesses. The Service includes, but is not limited to:
Online appointment booking
Staff and calendar management
Client management and communication
Subscriptions, memberships, and reporting tools
Business analytics and operational features
SalonDate does not provide beauty, wellness, or professional services directly and is not a party to transactions between businesses and their clients.
To use most features of the Service, you must create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and current information
Maintain and update your account information
Keep your login credentials confidential
Be fully responsible for all activity under your account
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
SalonDate is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.
SalonDate offers multiple subscription tiers (including, but not limited to Radiant Basic, Radiant Standard, and Radiant Elite).
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
You authorize SalonDate to automatically charge your selected payment method
Pricing, billing cycles, and features are displayed at checkout
All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in writing.
Failure to cancel before renewal does not entitle you to a refund.
Certain plans may include a free trial.
Only one free trial per customer or business is permitted
You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
Upon trial expiration, billing begins automatically
SalonDate is not responsible for missed cancellations.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
Harass, abuse, spam, or exploit users or staff
Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform
Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.
SalonDate reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if you:
Violate these Terms
Misuse the platform
Pose a security, legal, or operational risk
Fail to pay applicable fees
Upon termination:
Access to the Service is revoked
Data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Outstanding balances remain payable
You retain ownership of content you upload (including client data, schedules, and media).
By using the Service, you grant SalonDate a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You represent that you have the legal right to upload and process all data you submit.
All software, designs, logos, trademarks, branding, content, and platform functionality are the exclusive property of CastGlobe Corporation or its licensors.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or resell the Service
Use SalonDate branding without permission
Reverse engineer or exploit platform code
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
SalonDate is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:
Implied warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy or uninterrupted availability
We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
SalonDate and CastGlobe Corporation shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits, revenue, or data
Business interruption
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Client disputes or third-party actions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous three (3) months of subscription fees.
SalonDate may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, calendars, messaging tools).
We are not responsible for:
Third-party outages or failures
External privacy practices or policies
Data handled outside our platform
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
We process personal data in compliance with:
GDPR (EU)
PIPEDA (Canada)
Applicable US privacy laws

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
You are responsible for reviewing updates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
